The Story
29 Abaco Road
A custom residence built from the ground up on Abaco Road, in the Garden Cove area of north Key Largo. Summerland handled design and construction under one roof, delivering an elevated, code-exceeding home shaped around its owners and its lot.
Every choice — the foundation height, the wall thickness, the roof pitch — was made with Monroe County's flood and wind codes in mind. The result is a home that looks effortless and performs beyond code.
