The Story
305 Jolly Roger Drive
A custom home built new on Jolly Roger Drive, in the Rock Harbor area of Key Largo. Summerland designed and constructed the residence in-house, built to the firm's standard — a poured-concrete structure, impact-rated windows and doors, and a foundation elevated above the base flood elevation.
Every choice — the foundation height, the wall thickness, the roof pitch — was made with Monroe County's flood and wind codes in mind. The result is a home that looks effortless and performs beyond code.
